Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Free from visible damage, wear, or alterations

Final Sale, Clearance, or Discounted items are eligible for store credit only
All returns must be approved via email before shipping any item back

After shipping, email your return tracking number with the subject line:

Return Shipping Terms:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless item is defective or incorrect

  • Use a trackable service and retain your shipping receipt

  • For items over $75, we recommend shipping insurance

  • We are not responsible for lost or untracked returns


🔄 Exchanges (Defective or Damaged Items Only)

We offer free exchanges for defective or damaged items.
Simply email returns@pinnacleluxuries.com with:

  • Name

  • Order Number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We’ll confirm eligibility and send exchange instructions.


💳 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)

  • If your card has expired, your bank will reroute or contact you

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return

Items purchased using a discount code or during a promotion are eligible for store credit only


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Contact your card provider (processing times may vary)

🎁 Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the return value.
If it was sent to the purchaser, the refund will go to the original payment method.


💳 Refunds with Restocking Fee (Case-by-Case)

In rare cases, we may approve refunds back to your original payment method outside of standard policy.
If this exception is granted:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • A 15% restocking fee applies

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Refund is issued within 7–10 business days of receipt
